Typically within 1-3 days, 3 days being the longer end for large orders going by freight, but due to increased website volume and traffic with our shipping providers, orders placed after November 8th, 2023, will experience delays. We appreciate your patience during the busy holiday season.

When orders are shipped via FedEx, they can be shipped as multiple packages.  If you enter your tracking number onto the FedEx website you will see tracking information for all of your packages, and where they currently are in transit. 

Please fill out the form on our Contact Us page with all your relevant information, and someone from our customer care team will be able to change your shipping address or any other information that is required to be changed. 

Before opening your package(s), we recommend taking a picture of how your order was delivered. Sometimes, a driver will deliver an order without you being there to ensure everything in your order was delivered. Please keep any documents that are attached to your order (like the Packing List). If you confirm that you’re missing items, use the form on the Contact Us page and provide the supporting documents and pictures. We will communicate with the carrier and begin a search for your missing items. If your item is determined to be lost, here’s our Lost Shipping Policy


Yes, the showroom is open and also holds many of our products for on site purchase.  Please check our google listing for the most up to date hours and any holiday closures. Address is 6002 Corporate Way,

Yes, local scheduled pick-ups are available at the Indianapolis warehouse.  Choose the Indianapolis pick-up by appointment option at checkout.  You will then receive follow-up emails to arrange your pick-up.

The current shipping time for in-stock orders is about 1-2 weeks.  If you do not see any tracking information after the 1-week mark please contact us and we will look into the delay for you.

In most cases yes you can make a change to your order up to the point of getting a tracking number.  In some cases, your order might already be loaded onto the truck but shipping information had not yet been given, in those cases, we unfortunately cannot add anything to your order.


The best way to know when products are back in stock or their stock schedule is to check out our In-Stock page.  Our mailing list is sent stock notifications, so they are usually the first ones to know when our stock arrives.  Join our mailing list at the bottom of this page, to be notified of our latest stock drops and pre-orders.

All our tubing is 2.3″ x 2.3″, 60 x 60 mm, and 5/8” holes, our attachments are designed to fit our products perfectly.  If you are buying an attachment and have another brand’s rack, please make sure their tubing is 2.3″ x 2.3″, 60 x 60 mm, and 5/8” holes.

Our products are made in China by several curated factories, all personally inspected by the CEO Kaevon and our iron plates are made in Vietnam are by a 3rd generation run foundry. All of our manufacturers adhere to our quality specifications demands.

Our In-Stock page is constantly updated to show what we currently have in stock or what is soon to come in.  To be notified of stock updates sign up to our mailing list and you’ll be the first to know of pre-orders and stock drops.


For product returns, simply pack up your items (preferably in the original boxes) and we’ll send you a shipping label.  Then just drop the item at your closest freight or package carrier.  Once the goods are received, we’ll refund you in full, return shipping will also be included in most cases.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.  If you do not see your refund by the 7-day mark please contact us and we will look into the issue.
