If a workout of heavy benching gives you a case of jittery hands, then you’ll love these elbow sleeves. Their 7mm thickness offers firm support for heavy lifting, and their contoured design means that they’re comfortable to wear between sets (unless you’ve got Popeye-sized forearms). They’re ideal for bench presses, overhead presses, and dips — especially for higher-volume workouts (did someone say German Volume Training?). That said, you can use them for any upper-body lift when you want more elbow support, so you can hit your sets at full throttle.
SIZING MADE EASY
Like our Knee Sleeves, getting the right fit of elbow sleeves ain’t rocket science and only takes a minute. Measure around your straightened arm at the middle of your elbow. Then, use our Fit Guide chart to see your recommended size which will be a regular fit that offers noticeable support. Simply size down from the recommended size if you’d prefer a tighter fit gives you a competition-level of compression for a better *boing* out of the bottom of your bench press reps.
SLIDE INTO ELBOW SUPPORT
Whether you’re attempting a new 1-rep max or going for a 10-rep PR (pec pump galore), these sleeves will arm you with the support you need. And putting them on is easy peasy — just slide em’ up! If you go with the tight fit, here’s what to do: slide one over your hand and fold it in half.
