Like our Elbow Sleeves, getting the right fit of knee sleeves ain’t rocket science and only takes a minute. With your leg straight, measure around your leg at the middle of your kneecap. Then, use our Sizing Chart to see your recommended size which will be a regular fit that offers noticeable support. Simply size down from the recommended size if you’d prefer a tighter fit gives you a competition-level of compression for a better *boing* out of the hole on your squats.
