That’s why we went with keyhole slots on the sides of the uprights, so you can side-mount your 5/8″ attachments… as long as they’re destined for true 3″ x 3″ tubing — perfect if you prefer the more economical Hydra rack attachments. Now that’s a fairy tale come true.

Attachments for uprights that measure 75mm x 75mm (often labeled as 3″ x 3″ but are based on the metric system and are actually 2.95″ x 2.95″) will NOT fit on the Manticore rack.
To assemble the Manticore 3″ x 3″ Four Post Power Rack, you need two 36mm wrenches (not included by default). Correctly sized box-end, adjustable & socket wrenches are suitable alternatives.
