🚚 Shipping

When will my order ship?

We aim for 1 business day, larger orders can take longer as they go by freight and take longer to pick/strap/wrap securely. Peak season for B.o.S. is November-End of January so there can be some longer times then.

Can I combine my orders to save on shipping?

Yes, you can. But once the order has a tracking number, we no longer have the ability to combine orders.

Do you ship to (your city/town)?

We ship free to the lower 48!

Please contact us —for quotes to Hawaii and Alaska or any international orders.

I won’t be home for most of the day, how do I schedule delivery of my order for that day?

Our freight couriers will either try to reach you via email or try calling to schedule a delivery. If you are not home to receive your UPS package, packages will normally be left on your doorstep or in a safe place that is out of sight at the driver’s discretion.

I would like to change my shipping address/I would like my order shipped elsewhere, what do I do?

Please fill out the form on our Contact Us page with all your relevant information, and someone from our Customer Service team will be able to change your shipping address or any other information that must be changed. If the carrier has a fee for the address change we will pass it on to you.

I am missing an item(s) from my order, what do I do?

Before opening your package(s), we recommend taking a picture of how your order was delivered. Sometimes, a driver will deliver an order without you being there to ensure everything in your order was delivered. Please keep any documents that are attached to your order (like the Packing List).

If you confirm that you’re missing items, use the form on the Contact Us page and provide the supporting documents and pictures. We will communicate with the carrier and begin a search for your missing items. If your item is determined to be lost, here’s our Lost Shipping Policy.

📋 Orders

Is the Calgary or Toronto showroom open?

Yes, our showrooms are open in Calgary & Toronto. You can shop in-store, or order online and pick up your items.

Can I pick-up my order?

Yes, you can pick up your order by appointment link after you’ve ordered or just come by during our business hours.

Can I get an update on my order?

The current shipping time for in-stock orders is 1-2 days.  If you do not see any tracking information after that time, please contact us — we will look into the delay for you.

Can I make a change to my order?

Typically, yes — you can make a change to your order until you receive a tracking number. In some cases, your order might already be loaded onto the truck without shipping information being received. In those rare cases, we unfortunately cannot add anything to your order.

How come I don’t have an option for delivery and installation?

After you have provided the location of your residence by selecting the appropriate province and postal code from the cart, and there is no option for delivery and installation then your location is too far for this service. In Canada, you must be in a certain parameter within the Greater Calgary Area or the Greater Toronto Area for this to be an option for you.

I don’t see an option for pick-up.

If there is no option for pick-up after you’ve provided the location of your residence by selecting the appropriate province and postal code from the cart, then your location is too far for this option. However, please contact us if you would like to arrange to pick up your order at one of our warehouse locations.

The “Welcome“ code does not work.

Unfortunately, if the “Welcome” code does not work it means that we are out of stock of the free t-shirts that are issued when the code is applied.

My coupon code does not work.

If you are having issues with your coupon code please contact us. From there, our Customer Service team will provide you with a new code.

When will this product be back in stock?

Our mailing list is sent stock notifications, so they are usually the first ones to know when our stock arrives.  Join our mailing list at the bottom of this page, to be notified of our latest stock drops and pre-orders.

Do your rack attachments fit on the power racks of other brands?

If you are buying a Bells of Steel rack attachment and have another brand’s power rack, please make sure the dimensions of your uprights match the measurements below:

Are your products made in Canada?

Our products are designed in Canada, and made in China by several curated factories — all personally inspected by our CEO (Kaevon). Our iron plates are made in Vietnam by a 3rd generation-run foundry. All of our manufacturers adhere to our quality specifications demands.

How can I be notified when products are back in stock?

To be notified of stock updates, sign up for our mailing list and you’ll be the first to know of pre-orders and stock drops.

💲 Refunds

How do I get a refund?

For product returns, simply pack up your items (preferably in the original boxes) and send us an email that you would like to return the item.

We will send you a shipping label, then drop the item at your closest freight or package carrier.  Once the items are on the way back to us, we’ll refund you based on our Money-Back Guarantee.

Where is my refund?

Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.  If you do not see your refund within 7 business days, please contact us — we will look into the issue.

Can I receive in-store credit instead?

Please contact us if you would like to choose in-store credit instead of a refund.  You will receive an email from our Customer Service team with a promo code that you can use towards your next purchase. Promo codes can be applied at checkout.

How do I receive the Military and First Responders discount?

Your courage and devotion to our country do not go unnoticed. To show our appreciation, we offer a year-round 5% discount for all Bells of Steel products.  To receive the discount please visit our Military and First Responders page.
