The winner for July 2023 is Jared Martin from Louisville, Kentucky.

Why did you start your own home gym?

When things got weird at our local gym in February 2021, we decided to start investing in our own equipment. We also have small children, so it just makes sense to have the efficiency of a home gym and we really enjoy it.

What are your current fitness goals?

Increase strength, maintain flexibility and mobility, keep the body weight down.

What program are you following?

I write my own workouts focused around the big compound movements for the day, kind of like the conjugate style program.

What’s next on your wish list?

I look forward to seeing all the Hydra rack attachments that will be released.

What is your favourite Fitness hack?

I enjoy super setting multiple exercises to keep my heart rate up and speed up the workout.
