Why did you start your own home gym?
My husband and I started our own gym, during the you know what in 2020. We slowly made purchases, bought and sold things until we found Bells of Steel and were able to create a setup that does it ALL.
What are your current fitness goals?
I’m really always looking to get stronger, my current bench PR is 185 lbs and I’m really gunning for 200 lbs. Ultimately the goal is to stay as healthy and mobile for as long as possible and chase after my grandkids one day!
What program are you following?
I’m currently doing DLB DAILY, and my last program was Powerbuilding 2.0 by Jeff Nippard.
What BoS equipment do you own?
We have a pair of Plate Loaded pulley towers, and basically every attachment BoS has made for them! 💪

My favourite hack recently is using the landmine for hack squats.
