1. Turn the kettlebell around and loosen up the screw using an Allen key.

2. Once the bottom comes off, use the wrench (that comes with the package) to open up the case to expose the weighted plates. 
3. Once you’ve selected your desired weights, place the screw back on, tighten it up, and you’re good to go.
