HDPE plastic lining protects the knurling on your barbell for a lifetime of lifting pleasure. Not so handy? No worries! All you need to install is a level and some basic tools. We highly recommend mounting it on your wall studs or using a stringer, but wall anchors are included as well as a third option.
IMPORTANT:  Although the cups of the wall mounted barbell holder are lined with HDPE, wearing of the plastic lining over time is expected.  Coarse knurling will accelerate this process.
