Great for decline bench press

Very good. I am currently using my levers 3 times a week for decline bench, bent over rows and an alternative to trap bar deadlifts. I probably will implement even more when I change my current routines. One suggestion I have is this review should have an option to attach photos of how we set ours up.

Leaver arms the key to humility

My son and I got the lever arms and immediately went well what should we do, well let’s go to BoS and watch the workouts. Well, 45 minutes later and they delivered a great workout and a whole new group of muscles to realize we had been ignoring. These things are great, my son and I love them for a quick safe workout that blast the whole body.

Awesome Value

These things add so much versatility to workouts. I got some 4 foot chains to add to these which are a game-changer and add way more functionality to these since you are able to change the starting position. I do think that Bells should add something like this as well as their grip lock collars out of the box because the specialty size clamps aren't the easiest to find and adding a collar to these are an absolute necessity to use these with any real weight on them. (I'm still waiting on the grip locks to come in stock before I get them.) The only thing that makes me subtract a star is the handles. I didn't know how much I would prefer to have that neutral grip in the middle similar to REP/Rogue models. The curvature of these are just slightly too narrow for my hands to use them in the neutral grip super effectively. There was also a little side to side play that I fixed with some FATCAP grip tape. All in all though, the lever arms do everything I would want them to do and are the cheapest I know of on the market. If you have one of their racks, don't hesitate on this one.

Lever arms

So many exercises with one piece of equipment. Shrugs, rows from multiple angles, single leg press, tons of chest movements. Shoulder press. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase.

Adds variety to workout

I was curious about adding lever arms to my existing power rack(PowerTec). The problem was the price tag of most of them or compatibility to a non-brand power rack. I didn't want to invest too much if it wasnt going to be of much use. I saw someone post a picture of a Powertec Power Rack with these lever arms. so I decided to buy them along with the attachment Pull-Up Bar. These lever arms are loose on my Power Rack, as expected. I have 1 inch hole, and the lever arms are made for 5/8 inch. I already knew and will eventually look for sleeves so it could be a tighter fit. I do have to be careful when changing the height because they are a bit heavy. Thats no problem. It has added variety to my workout. I do wish the handles provided more handle options. Lets say for close grip or neutral chest presses.Right now it feels like wide chest presses. I feel the curved U-shaped designed can be improved. Maybe a thicker grip. Also, I always like to secure my weight plates. But my collars do not fit on these. I always have to add a filler to make the collars tight to secure the weights. I feel a bit nervous sometimes of using these but try to be very careful. I do wish I could somehow put them inside the rack instead of outside. My home gym space is limited.

Ricky, Thank you for your purchase! It sounds like you were able to adapt this product to a rack that it was not designed for but you are having some good success with the product. I recommend a good screw collar for this product.
