It’s a multi-grip curl bar, how complicated could it be? You’d be surprised, homie. Poorly designed multi-grip curl bars have a fully welded eyelet piece and lack a pivoting center, so your hands feel like they need to rotate but the bar itself can’t… which feels awkward at best, and at worst can give you joint pain. But, not this tri-hard bar! The independently rotating eyelet piece allows for a natural feeling pushdown or curl, without you needing to loosen your grip completely.

FITS CABLE MACHINES
The multi-grip curl bar was designed to fit on cable machines that use a carabiner to fasten the attachment to the cable. And what’s a bigger buzzkill than missing a new PR attempt? Exactly, a carabiner too small to fit the cable attachment. *Wah wah wah waaaahhh* But don’t sweat it, just swap that lil’ carabiner for one that’s a teensy bit bigger so that the multi-grip curl bar can clip onto the cable — problem solved.
